Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies Terravo currently uses, and what would change if non-essential analytics or marketing tools are added later.
What we use today
Terravo currently relies mainly on essential authentication and browser storage functionality rather than a large marketing or advertising cookie stack.
The site uses Supabase authentication persistence and local browser storage to support features such as account sessions, saved searches, viewings, offers, and account state.
Essential technologies
These are used to keep the service running, for example signing users in, protecting accounts, remembering critical session state, and allowing core product features to work.
Because these technologies are necessary to provide the service requested by the user, they do not usually require opt-in consent under UK cookie rules.
Local storage used by the product
Terravo stores some data in browser local storage for account convenience features such as recent searches, saved state for account tools, viewing or offer notes, and similar non-advertising functionality.
This storage is used to deliver the service you ask us to provide, not to track you across other websites.
Analytics and marketing cookies
Terravo does not currently include a live analytics or ad-tech stack in this codebase.
If we later add analytics, session replay, advertising pixels, cross-site profiling tools, or similar non-essential technologies, we should introduce a compliant consent banner before those tools are activated.
Third-party requests
The site currently makes requests to third-party services including Supabase, Vercel-hosted resources, Google Fonts, Postcodes.io, Anthropic, Stripe, and Resend where relevant to the feature being used.
Those services may process technical information such as IP address or browser metadata as part of delivering their service.
How to manage cookies or storage
You can usually control cookies and site data through your browser settings, including clearing local storage, deleting site data, or blocking future storage.
Please note that blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, saved searches, or other account features from working correctly.
Changes to this policy
If we add new non-essential technologies, we will update this page and any consent controls before using them in production.
